It is AAU's policy that all internal study positions must be advertised via the AAU Jobbank.

In August 2023, AAU changed providers, and the job portal is now administered in collaboration with Jobteaser. Even if you may have had a previous account on the platform, you need to create a new account for the first time before you can post job vacancies.

Job vacancies are created and managed through the portal's recruitment module, which you will subsequently be able to log into. If you already have a recruiter account with Jobteaser, you can log in to the portal here.

For further information on the rules for the employment of D-TAP, see the AAU Handbook’s guidelines from HR.

  5. 5

Make sure the 'group' field is empty (delete any text that may appear if necessary).

  6. 6

    Choose 'create a company.'

  7. 7

    Your First Position:
    Fill out the job description.

  8. 8

Make sure to select 'student job' as the contract type.

  9. 9

Make sure to copy the relevant text into the vacancy from the PDF file 'Salary and Employment Terms.'

When you're done, choose 'publish this ad.'

  11. 11

You will now proceed to the recruitment module, where you can view and manage your vacancies and create more vacancies in the future.
